What is the essence of my program and products?

My products adopting my unique framework to body re-engineering gives the most efficient, effective and safest pathway towards closing the gap between what you ‘see’ in the mirror and what you ‘imagine’ yourself to be.

  1. It has been tried and tested on me (helped me represent Australia in the World Natural Body-building Championships in New York in 2007 and 2008. I placed in the Top 5 in both years, meaning I was one of the BEST Natural Body-builders on the planet in both those years).

(a) Can you spare 2 hours (for men) or 1 hour (for women) to get the body your desire?

That’s right, I only require 2 hours of your time in the gym to achieve your body re-engineering goals in the most basic of my programs. You will get more done in 2 hours with me than most people do in 10 hours in the gym! You don’t have the time for that!
