- Simply make an appointment so we can discuss your current lifestyle, exercise regime, eating habits and a few other important health matters in relation to the most important part of my program – YOU.
- In the initial consultation we’ll define your objectives and any fears you may have. Once we’ve determined what you really want to get out of it, I’ll recommend the right program that best suits you and your goals.
- I’ll send information in relation to your initial consultation. Once you’re happy with the direction, we’ll set a date for your first training session.
- The first session: I do my initial assessments and take a few key measurements. Eg. Age, height, weight, body-mass index and body-fat percentage.
- During the first session, I’ll give you an overview of the program and an outline of the approach we’ll take. Each person’s journey is unique, so each program is tailored to the individual.
- We’ll also go through the major phases of the program. Each key area will be executed with due care and diligence. I make sure you progress through the phases at your own pace in the most effective and safe manner.
- Key milestones and targets will be set and each phase will be marked by measuring the KPIs so we can check you’re on track. Effective communication is a big part of the success of the program and all feedback to and from myself is dealt with immediately.
- Journeying through the individualised programs, each participant experiences not only the desired physical re-engineering goals but also a complete sense of ‘whole-self personal development’.
- Through increased awareness, commitment to sufficient and appropriate action, as well as the enhanced desire to adapt, you’ll reach a heightened level of self-actualisation.
