Each rep of every set of every exercise is an opportunity for a person to connect with the muscle group he or she intends to. The right mix of tempo, control, continuous tension and feel is critical. Here, past student Brad learns how to execute with these principles in mind.

A tailored 16 week program consisting of:

  • “Foundation training” with me twice per week for four weeks
  • Train with me every 2 weeks (1 week with me and then 1 week on your own)
  • You are set weekly goals and you report weekly using my specially developed structure, ensuring the ‘feedback loop’.
  • You receive your own personal file to map your fitness journey.
  • I am available on the weeks you train on your own via phone, txt, email.
  • Adopts my unique “3-legged stool” framework to body re-engineering which emphasises how well you train, eat and rest.
  • You are taught the importance of each leg of the stool to achieve your desired physical transformation
  • There are 4 phases: Foundation, Growth, Strength & Maintenance.
  • You will be more aware, allowing you to apply sufficient and appropriate action to adapt towards the new you.
  • Great for people who want to learn about and implement their own program with some autonomy using my framework/guidance.
  • Great for people with variable schedules who may travel for work or do shift work and are unable to train with me each week.
  • Great for students (High School or Tertiary) with smaller budget but who need good coaching. They are happy also to train independent most of the time.
